Thousands of visitors to the Lake Tahoe region have become connected with the cosmos at Tahoe Star Tours. Our mission is to open imaginations, fill minds with the science of the cosmos, and thrill visual senses with cosmic views through amazing Celestron telescopes.

Tahoe Star Tours is sponsored by Celestron telescopes and is a proud member of Team Celestron since 2014.
We guarantee that Star Tours will be an astronomy experience like no other in the world.

A BEGINNING

Each Star Tour begins with a greeting. During the greeting we learn about each other, share stories, ask and answer questions, and share a bit of Poastromy (astro poetry) to open the imagination.

MIDDLE

Next a lively science presentation will help open your mind to wonder about your place in the cosmos. Everyone becomes a Star Guide, and has a chance to win a prize during the space quiz.

END

The end is really not the end, it’s the beginning. The beginning of exploring the cosmos through the eyepiece of amazing Celestron telescopes. Looking at stars and galaxies, galactic clusters, globular clusters, and nebulae. We begin asking questions and finding answers, we expand our understanding of the cosmos.
